Guest revenue

The ways to earn from guests beyond the meal are switched on from one place: the "Guest revenue" tab of Campaigns & reviews, under Guests & marketing. Each card says whether it is "Open to guests" or "Closed to guests", and "Set it up" opens its own page. Everything starts closed. Once one is open, its page joins the menu: memberships as a tab of Loyalty, the others beside Catering in Orders & payments.

A card that says "Needs payments" sells something guests pay for ahead by card: press "Connect payments" and set up card payments first, as the Payment setup guide explains. A card your plan does not include says so.

Memberships

Guests pay every month or year for perks such as a drink a day or a discount, used at the till and online. Once open, the club has its own "Memberships" tab in Loyalty, where you set the plans, their price and their perks.

Members pay every period, so memberships cannot simply be switched off while some are paid up: you are told how many, and asked whether to "Cancel all and turn off". Each membership then ends with its paid period, and its member keeps the perks until then. To stop new sign-ups only, switch your plans off instead.

Surplus bags

Sell what is left at the end of service at a fraction of its value. Press "New bag", set what it holds, its price and the pickup window. Guests pay ahead and show a code: type it under "Check a pickup code" and press "Hand over". "Today's pickups" lists who is still to come.

Group and company orders

One shared link where each person picks their own meal, within a "Budget per person", until "Choices close". Guests can start one from your guest pages, or press "New company order" for a company: you get a "Link for the team" and a "Send link (host)" for their contact. "Send the order" sends everyone's picks to the kitchen as one order, billed to the company's house account if it has one.

Shop

Sell products that are not on the menu, such as coffee beans, sauces or a tote bag, shipped or collected. Add them under "Products" with "New product", set "Shipping" by zone, and fulfil paid "Orders" with "Mark as shipped" or "Mark as collected".

Catering

Large orders for a date: add "Packages" with a minimum and days of notice, priced "Per person" or "Per item", then "Open the catering store" in "Store settings", where you can also ask a "Deposit (%)". Orders guests place on your catering page appear under "Orders", soonest first, each with an "Order sheet" for the kitchen.

Off-peak pricing

The same tab links to "Off-peak pricing", a discount in your quiet hours, set up on the Promotions page as the Suggestions and off-peak pricing guide explains.
