Floor plan and live floor

Floor plan, a tab of Floor & QR, draws your room. Pick a table shape, a wall, the bar, the entrance or a plant on the left to add it in the middle of the plan, then drag it into place. Drag a corner to resize it and the round handle to turn it. Select a table to set its name, area, seats, shape, size and whether it seats a wheelchair; hold Shift to select several and line them up. "Undo" and "Redo" step back and forward, "Preview" shows the plan without the grid, and nothing changes for your team until you press "Save layout". Tables you have not placed yet start laid out by area as a first draft. On a phone the plan is read only: edit it on a tablet or a computer.

Live floor, the first tab of Floor & QR for the team on service, draws the same plan with each table in its state: free, reserved, seated, ordered, food out, bill asked, paying or needs clearing, each with its own colour and icon. Badges show a waiter call, an allergy, a late kitchen ticket or a booking, and the kitchen's open tickets run along the bottom. Tap a table to see its order, guests, bookings and history, and to open it in the POS, send the next course, move or merge it, split the bill or take payment. To seat someone, press "Walk-in", or tap a waiting party or a booking, then a free table; you can also drag the party onto the table. Plants and decoration are hidden on the live floor; turn them on under "More".
