Loyalty
Restaurant loyalty program and promo codes
Regulars who know they are regulars
A restaurant loyalty program: guests earn points as they order and spend them on the next bill. You decide what a point is worth, how many they can spend, and when they expire.

- 01
Points, your rules
Name the points, set what one takes off the bill, the fewest a guest can spend at once, and the most of a bill they can cover.
- 02
Promo codes that behave
Percentage or fixed amount off, with a minimum order, start and end dates, and a cap on uses in total and per guest.
- 03
See who holds points
Balances appear as guests complete orders, so you know who comes back and what they are worth to the room.
How to start
What you do in the back office to switch it on.
- Turn the scheme on and set what a point is worth.
- Create your promo codes.
- Print the loyalty card poster for the counter.
Good for
How it works
Take a café with a points scheme and a stamp card for coffee, where a regular orders a flat white and a croissant through the QR menu.
- The owner turns the points scheme on, names the points and sets how many a guest earns per unit of currency spent and what one point takes off a bill.
- The guest orders with their details, and when the order is completed the points are added to their balance. A stamp is added for each coffee on the stamp card.
- On a later visit the guest types a promo code at checkout, or asks to spend points. A manager applies the points to the bill from the guest's page in the admin.
- Every earn, spend and adjustment is a line in the guest's ledger, so a manager can answer a question about a balance from the record.
What you need
- A plan that includes the loyalty feature. Which plans include it is listed on this page.
- Guests need a profile at your restaurant to earn, which an order placed with their details creates. Anonymous orders earn nothing.
- Spending points and adjusting a balance by hand are manager actions in the admin, so you need an account with that permission.
What it does not do
- Points are earned on the food and drink the guest paid for. Service charge, stamp duty and delivery do not earn points, and neither does the part of a bill paid with points.
- Points cover only part of a bill. You set the smallest number a guest can spend and the largest share of a bill they can cover, and a bill takes one points redemption.
- Guests do not spend points by themselves on their phone. A manager applies them to an order from the guest's page in the admin.
